CrossFit

Constantly varied, functional movement, performed at a high intensity. Following Speal Programming, these one-hour classes pack in everything you need to help you live your best life outside of the gym. Every day looks a bit different so that you keep growing and developing new skills while increasing strength and capacity. Daily programming includes a purposeful warm-up, workout, accessory work, and mobility to keep you injury-free and healthy. Each workout can be modified to suit your athletic ability, from the beginner to expert. Those with CrossFit experience are welcome to jump into class. Open Gym

For anybody looking to put in a little extra time in the gym, or for those unable to make scheduled group classes, Open Gym is a great option for you! Access the gym via an app that you’ll download to your phone anytime from 4am – 10pm outside of group class time. All the equipment you need is at your disposal. Make up programming from the week that you’ve missed, dedicate some time to practicing a skill, work on mobility, or create your own workout to meet your personal goals. Open Gym is available both as a standalone membership option, or as an add-on to your existing monthly unlimited CrossFit membership.

Strength Program Add-On

Unlock your inner barbell beast with a dedicated strength program designed by OG Games athlete, Chris Spealler. With a $25 add-on to your existing All Access or Open Gym membership, receive 3-days/week of programming complete with a warm-up and workout notes delivered via a private track in SugarWOD. Join the private WhatsApp group to meet up with fellow lifters and get the work done together!

CrossFit Endurance

Designed by a decorated endurance runner, our CrossFit Endurance class is specifically geared towards improving your physical pursuits outside of the gym. No barbells in sight, but plenty of strength and conditioning that will translate directly into improved performance biking, hiking, skinning, skiing, running, or whatever it is you like to do! Great for all levels. No previous CrossFit experience required. Endurance classes are included in your punch pass or unlimited monthly CrossFit membership.

Personal Training & Injury Prevention

Have something specific you want to work on? Not really a ‘group class’ sort of person? No problem! Our coaches will create a customized fitness plan specifically for your goals. Reach out to us today to help us match you with the right coach based on schedule and needs.

Custom Programming

Training for a specific event? Traveling for a bucket list adventure? Our seasoned team at ASC can create, modify, or adjust your current plan to achieve your goals within your timeframe and budget! Plans start out as simple as 2-3 days a week of strength, mileage, and mobility laid out in an easy-to follow-format. Advanced plans include weekly check-ins and adjustments based on performance, heart rate training, and one-on-one sessions for runs, bike rides, and more!

Massage & Physical Therapy

Massages are a crucial part of maintaining your health to ensure you’re getting the most out of your recovery. Contact us today to schedule an appointment that will help reduce soreness and risk of injury, while increasing your range of motion so you can perform better! In addition to massage, feel free to contact us with any sport-specific rehabilitation needs. Our in-house licensed medical massage therapist with extensive experience working with athletes on injury rehab and prevention.

We are also excited to partner with Dr. Zachary Garcia of KinetiChain Integrated Manual Physical Therapy. Dr. Garcia will hold office hours at Aspen CrossFit on Thursdays from 8am – 4pm.
